The DITP hosted a content pitching event for film companies and related business on January 27 at the Great Room of Gaysorn Tower, Bangkok.
At the event, 15 potential Thai content providers presented their products and negotiated deals with representatives from OTT TV platforms, including Netflix, WeTV, iQiyi and VIU.
The DITP expects this event will generate more than 300 million baht (US$9 million) of business deals, and support the average growth of the digital content industry by over 10% annually.
