The DITP joined Hema Supermarket to host Thai Fruit Golden Months at six branches of the supermarket in Kunming from June 16 to 22.
The event featured several activities including Thai fruit tasting, Thai cooking demonstrations and Thai fruit shopping through live streaming activities. It focused on promoting and distributing eight Thai fruit: durian, mangosteen, longan, pomelo, mango, pineapple, Lady Finger banana and Nam Hom coconut, as well as other Thai food such as seasonings, fish sauce, instant noodle, Hom Mali rice and coconut milk.
Thai products were offered at a special price with discounts for both online and on-site shoppers.
