The DITP’s overseas offices in the US have hosted several online sourcing activities for American importers throughout June. These are expected to generate more than US$89 million worth of orders within a year.
The most sought-after Thai products are auto parts, followed by healthcare and hygienic products, food and ready-to-eat food products, and rice. These are expected to raise orders valued at US$88 million, US$700,000, US$500,000 and US$250,000 respectively.
