MoC Joins THTA to Tap China Market

The Ministry of Commerce and the Thai Hainanese Trade Association jointly organised a strategic partnership activity on March 31, aimed at driving Thai exports into the Chinese market, and in particularly Hainan province.

Due to the vast potential of Hainan’s market, and the MoC’s plan to strengthen trade partnerships or the so-called ‘mini FTAs’ with prospective regions in China including Hainan, the MoC expects this activity to help Thai entrepreneurs explore business opportunities in China via Hainan.

Thai products particularly sought in Hainan include agricultural products, processed agricultural products, rubber products, home decoration items, ready-to-eat food, healthcare products, cosmetics and financial services.
